Our company is looking for a first level support
programmer to assist the needs of both our customers and primary software
developers with our hallmark application, Comprehensive Commerce Suite
(CCS). CCS exists as a two piece application; the eCommerce Suite, CCS Web,
and the back end business management suite, CCS Fulfillment.
CCS Web utilizes modern technologies including PHP,
mySQL, JavaScript, CSS and XML, while CCS Fulfillment is written in C# and
MS SQL. While it might be possible for a single person to support both
applications, our fast paced customer growth will likely provide the
opportunity for 2 job openings.
Your role will be analyzing support requests submitted
by our clients, working through the software in a debugging environment in
an attempt to repeat and then resolve the reported issue. In some cases
clients will simply need assistance in understanding some of the features
and functions of our software.
