Download Polymer Visualization System

It requires Tcl/Tk, Togl and OpenGL or Mesa. The system has been build only on Sun SPARCs running Solaris 2.4 and 2.5.1 using Tcl7.6 and Tk4.2 and Togl 1.2. Both Sun's OpenGL and Mesa 1.2.8 have been used. It also uses the tiff lib from the netpbm package.

Build Instructions: Edit the Makefile making the Macro point to the correct locations for your system. [Most of these are near the top]. Type make depend and make

Run polymer by typing the command ./lab lab.tcl. There is a tutorial under the help menu. A (mostly) pictureless version of the project report is also available:
